I take a quest bar and cut it into pieces to make cookies, then place it in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 mins or until brown on the edges. Feel free to spread your favorite nut butter on top, watch it melt into a heavenly goodness, then devour.

Try mixing plain greek yogurt (to avoid all the evaporated cane juice crap added in the flavored kind) with almond butter and 2 shakes of cinnamon. You can also add fresh fruit if you'd like for some extra sweetness or chia seeds for some fiber.

Below to the left is 2 tbsp of pecan pie flavored coconut butter from Nikki's Coconut Butter, unsweetened/no sugar added dark chocolate coconut pieces, and some blueberries and raspberries. On the right is 1 peach, 2 dates, a big spoonful of almond butter, and a sprinkle of raw cocoa powder. Chocolatey, almond buttery peaches, packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and fiber. Need I say more? The choices are endless.

Also, I recommend chopping up the apple slices, heating them up in the microwave for 1 min to 1:30 seconds, and sprinkling with cinnamon. It's almost like warm apple pie. Only just apples and way better for you ;)
