Ingredients
- 1 Quest Bar of your choice (I used White Chocolate Raspberry)
- 1 scoop of Cellucor Cor-Fetti Cake Batter Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup of Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 drops of liquid Stevia (using 1 packet of raw Stevia should work as well)
- Parchment paper
- A splash of almond milk/coconut milk/water
Directions
2. Microwave white chocolate raspberry Quest Bar on parchment paper for 10-12 seconds
3. Break in half and roll into two balls. Flatten into cookies and place on parchment paper
4. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes, until nice and golden brown along the edges like pictured below
6. Mix with 1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt, 4 drops of liquid stevia, and a splash of almond milk/coconut milk or water. It should be a thick paste and not liquidy at all (see below)
8. Enjoy your delicious cookie sandwich!!
