Ingredients:
- Canned 100% pumpkin puree
- Plain greek yogurt
- Protein powder, vanilla or pumpkin pie flavored
- Strawberries (or any fruit to use as dippers works!)
1. Mix 1/3 cup pumpkin puree in a bowl with about 1/4 cup greek yogurt. Stir.
2. Add in 1 scoop of your protein powder. I find that trutein works well because the casein in it makes the yogurt dip creamier than only using whey protein does.
3. Add in ~2tbsp of water to get desired consistency. You can also use unsweetened almond milk if you prefer.
4. Top with cinnamon and use your strawberries for dipping! Enjoy.
