- 1/4-1/2 cup of 100% pure pumpkin depending on how pumpkin tasting you would like your shake to be
- 1 frozen banana, if do not have frozen banana make sure you use 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or just 2-3 shakes
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of sea salt
- 1 pack of stevia
