Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 2 big spoonfuls of 100% pumpkin from a can
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg (or you can use pumpkin spice if you have it!)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large spoonful of pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop-1 full scoop vanilla protein (this is to your liking)
- splash of almond milk to get the right consistency
