The Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Heat 1 Cinnamon roll Quest Bar in the microwave for 10 seconds
- Cut into 7-8 pieces and place on parchment paper
- Bake for 6 minutes, making sure the bottom is not burnt, just golden brown
- Make your frosting! I used 1/2 scoop of Trutein Pumpkin Pie protein because that is all I have at the moment. Cinnabun or Vanilla flavored protein powder would work great.
- Mix protein with 1/4 cup of plain non-fat Greek Yogurt and add water till you have a frosting consistency (not super thick but not like a protein shake)

Protein: 38 g
Carbs: 29 g
Fat: 6.25 g
Fiber: 18 g
