INgredients
- 16 oz container of non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 questbar (I used Apple pie but use whatever flavor you like)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder (I used Trutein)
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions
2. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours (stirring every 30 minutes)
3. Remove from freezer and let sit on counter for 10 minutes or longer until it reaches the desired consistency
4. While waiting for frozen yogurt to soften, preheat oven to 350 degrees
5. Place questbar on parchment paper and microwave for 10-15 seconds
6. Cut in 5 pieces, roll into ball and flatten onto parchment paper
7. Bake for 7 minutes until brown on the sides and bottom of cookies
8. Enjoy your protein packed treats!
1 serving (or 1 cup) of froyo with 1 questbar would equal ~55 g of protein for just 360 calories. That's like Ben & Jerrys without the extra sugar and 11x the protein!!!
