Easy & Delicious 100% Paleo Snacks
- 1-2 oz of raw almonds, strawberries and a sliced kiwi
- 1-2 oz raw almonds with blueberries and raspberries, or any berries
- Carrots, cucumber, & peppers strips wrapped in turkey breast, avocado opt.
- Chopped veggies like bell pepper sticks or carrots with guacamole
- Hardboiled eggs with S&P and paprika
- Frozen grapes (great to satisfy a sweet tooth)
- Fruit salad with apples, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, kiwi
- Apple slices or celery sticks with almond butter. A classic!
- Coconut butter stuffed dates
- Coconut butter with a side of macadamia nuts
- Can of tuna or alaskan salmon mashed with avocado, served with carrots
- Shrimp (already cooked and stored in a tupperware with lemon juice)
- Smoked salmon (check the ingredients here)
- Just a piece of chopped grilled chicken with guacamole/avocado
- Homemade chicken salad with paleo "mayo" and buffalo sauce
- Leftover ground beef with spicy mustard
- Homemade Kale chips! Quick and easy to make
- Homemade trail mix with almonds, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, & unsweetened dried fruit
- Egg muffins are a perfect snack to carry with you and enjoy cold
- Beef jerky (no soy or sugar added is hard to find though, so try PaleoKits or make your own!)
- Larabars taste great, are made from fruit and dates, and are Paleo friendly
- Pitted olives with tomatoes and basil in EVOO
- Coconut milk yogurt
- Leftover bacon guacamole "sandwiches" (AMAZING!)
- Baked apples sprinkled with cinnamon (healthy apple pie!)
- A green smoothie
- Greek yogurt with almond butter and cinnamon mixed together
- Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder (chocolate or vanilla works)
- Protein shake with whey protein, banana, frozen fruit, water or almond milk. Easy to carry in a blender bottle.
- Chocolate "pudding" with berries: greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder, nut butter, and a splash of water. Topped with berries for added fiber and antioxidants.
