Ingredients:
- 2-2.5 pounds of ground beef (organic or grassfed is preferred)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to make sure everything is combined well!
3. Form small-medium sized meatballs and place onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through the middle.
